One-page evaluation summary

Share the decision frame,
then inspect the evidence.

A concise supplier summary should help a new reviewer find the right questions. It should not turn catalogue size, speed, production status or commercial language into unsupported guarantees.

Review in one meeting

Four decisions need named owners.

Capture the outcome and link every accepted answer to a maintained source or test record.

01 · Product

Which formats enter scope?

Name the selected game families and the player, configuration and support questions that differ between them.

02 · Engineering

Where is the integration boundary?

Map session, wallet, retry and reconciliation behaviour using concrete requests and identifiers.

03 · QA

What proves readiness?

Agree normal, failure, reconnect, duplicate and round-evidence cases before the final execution.

04 · Commercial

What is included?

Align the pricing unit, game and environment scope, support, optional work and change process.

Next action

Turn the summary into a traceable record.

Write down the target audience, intended environment, selected game set, wallet authority and acceptance owners. Attach the integration diagram, test results and current commercial proposal. Keep unresolved assumptions visible instead of replacing them with marketing shorthand.

When the implementation or scope changes, repeat the affected scenarios and create new evidence. Do not silently overwrite the record used for the earlier decision. This keeps product, engineering, operations and commercial reviewers aligned.
